PRICING:
Up to 100 guests: $1250.00
100 to 200 guests: $1350.00
200 to 350 guests: $1500.00
*Holiday rentals are available at an increased rate.
Capacity: 350 max Seated dinner: 200 max
The basic rental includes: An event lasting up to 4 hours, 2 hours of setup time, 1 hour of cleanup time, use of house sound system for ambient music, one
microphone w/ stand, eight 24" round bistro tables w/ white linens, two 6 foot service tables w/ white linens and 40 chairs.
**Optional cash bar w/ an assortment of beer, wine and soft drinks (staffed by Hart Witzen Gallery)
Extras
- Any event hours past midnight carry an additional charge of $150 per hour.
- Additional rehearsal/setup time: $75 per hour.
- Additional Event hours: $150 per hour.
- Special lighting configuration: $35 per hour (1 hour min.)
- Video Projector: $75
- 16 track PA system w/ sound technician: $300.00
(PA system includes 3 vocal microphones w/ stands,2 Direct Boxes, mains and monitors)
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
The security deposit is completely refundable within 10 days following the event if no damages have occurred, nothing has been taken, or no cleaning beyond
customary is required. If any of the above exceeds the amount of the deposit, event planner will pay the additional amount.
Payment Schedule
50% of rental rate due upon signing of contract (non-refundable).
Balance of rental rate and refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to the event.
**If space is rented within a 30-day window of the event date, then entire rental fee and the $500 security deposit are due up front.
Hart Witzen Gallery is not able to extend credit but can accept MasterCard or Visa (with a 5% service charge).
All checks are to be made payable to Hart Witzen Gallery.
